Junior HR Generalist | Asset Management (Confidential Company)
A leading international player in the alternative investment and asset management industry is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join its People & Transformation function. The company operates across multiple markets with a strong global footprint and is committed to fostering a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will support both operational and strategic HR activities, working closely with senior HR professionals across a wide range of people-related initiatives within an international context.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the HR Business Partner in recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and job posting management
• Assist in onboarding and employee induction processes
• Ensure efficient HR administration and maintain accurate employee documentation
• Support HR Operations in preparing employment contracts and amendments in compliance with local regulations
• Manage employee requests and provide first-level HR support
• Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and reporting files
• Support Learning & Development activities and training coordination
• Assist in compensation review and performance management processes
• Support HR coordination activities involving international teams and stakeholders
• Perform general administrative activities including archiving, filing, and data management
Requirements
• Master’s degree in economics, Law, Political Science, Human Resources, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in HR or similar roles
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Interest in economics and asset management
