Job DescriptionWe are seeking a leadership professional with a strong understanding of customer behavior, merchandising techniques, and sustainability principles to lead our Product Quality & Recovery team at IKEA.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop the team, focusing on customer satisfaction and product safety.Collaborate across functions to ensure quality, safety, and recovery processes are understood and effectively implemented.Act as an ambassador for customer product experience, ensuring timely reporting of deviations, incidents, and risks.Establish prerequisites for delivering a great shopping experience and efficient recovery operations to minimize environmental and financial impacts.Ensure effective ways of working to prevent sales of defective or unsafe products reaching customers.Set departmental goals, monitor performance, and benchmark against other units for continuous improvement.Optimize usage of processes and tools related to product quality, safety, and recovery.Develop team members and plan for succession.Qualifications: 2-3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment.Strong knowledge of customer behavior, merchandising, product range, waste management, and sustainability.Proven ability to achieve results through people, with coaching and facilitation skills.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.Demonstrated embodiment of IKEA values and leadership qualities.We are committed to creating a better everyday life for our customers through diverse and collaborative teams worldwide.
