Directly reporting to the Service BU Leader, he/she will be in charge to manage service contracts, including PMI, preventive maintenance, call-out, help-desk and audits, for a Key Client. At the same time, he/she will evaluate technical feasibility for possible retrofit for improvements/evolutions at customer sites. He/she will responsible to: - achieve Customer satisfaction keeping high service quality - respect of contract budget - perform risk analysis, planning, supervision and follow up of the Service Contracts - perform cost efficiency - evaluate customer needs for optimization and evolutions The Contract Service Manager will: - manage independently customer relation, updating and reporting status of activities and contract change requests - work closely to the customer to define strategies for service business development - support technical and commercial aspects - evaluate and collect customer satisfaction Desired skills: - 2- 4 years of professional experience preferably within automation - Automation Technical background - experience in contract/project management - good commercial and negotiation skills - high commitment towards customers - excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines - good knowledge of English, French is an asset - willingness to travel
