It features a collection of beautifully restored monastic structures, a 12th-century chapel, and nearly 6 hectares of ancient gardens offering breathtaking views of the city, along with 196 meticulously furnished rooms and suites, including the largest and most exclusive suite in Venice.

Annual art installations rotate throughout the property in conjunction with the Venice Biennale. As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking a F&B Manager to join our Food &Beverage Team.


Role Description

As F&B Manager, you will oversee and elevate all Food & Beverage operations across San Clemente Palace Venice. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. Your role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences in one of the most iconic luxury resorts in Europe.


Your main responsibilities will include:

* Managing daily F&B operations across multiple outlets and banqueting venues
* Ensuring the highest service and quality standards aligned with the hotel’s brand values
* Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine menu concepts and dining experiences
