We aim to be Europe's best sports brand, seeking pioneers and visionaries to join our bold journey. /ppAt adidas, you're not just getting a job; you're invited to make a global impact, joining a team that values creativity, courage and innovation. /ppAre you ready to be part of our journey? /ppbPurpose of the role : /b /ppReporting to the Senior Brand Director Italy, the Brand Director aims to be one of the key pillars of the Marketing team with regard to : /pulliBeing the strategic leader of the Brand /liliBecoming the driving force behind a new corporate culture based on creativity, proactivity and empowerment /liliBeing the promoter of a new way of communicating the brand, based on new narrative forms, strong storytelling, and the involvement of talent (CM, Social, Sports) as an integral part of the brand narrative voice. /li /ulpbWhat you'll do : /b /pulliDevelop a new team culture based on : /liliAccountability /liliProactivity /liliCreativity /liliGreater strategic vision /liliAbility to strongly storytell and connect with the consumer /liliInterconnectedness with the SpoMa team and the Omnichannel team /liliDevelopment of the team's growth path and training, with the goal of developing rounded professionalism, able to think strategically for their area of responsibility and dominate their projects / BUs by better managing all the strategic levers at their disposal : Media, NewsRoom, Brand. /liliDevelop a new way of communicating the Brand, based on the logic of “act and think line #1” that involves : /liliMarketing initiatives, innovative, fresh and out of the box /liliDiversified Brand and Elevated Franchises activation projects based on real strategic business needs. /liliA new way of communicating the brand based on strong storytelling and the development of language and content that engages Gen Z / Gen A and tells the stories of the adidas talents, who are behind their faces /liliIdentify new relevant business development opportunities to win over Gen Z / Gen A while maintaining Brand credibility (ie. Gaming) /liliEntire management of Brand You Got This media campaign, with complete management of flowchart, Media KPIs and interface with BU and Media Center. /liliDevelopment of the Cultural Marketing department as a catalyst for a new way of communicating the Brand and managing talent based on : /liliCross-category contaminations : Sports, Originals, Music /liliCreation of a pool of low / mid / top tier talent to be cultivated and managed to the fullest with ad hoc projects /liliCreation of branded projects with top CM talent that allow the talent to communicate the brand with their language and transform the talent themselves from a face to a Brand Ambassador. /liliCreation of new formats and a new Brand language that leverages the communication skills of Influencers and Creators to tell the brand from a new point of view. /liliAlignment and interconnection with relevant Europe / Global BUs in compliance with centrally identified guidelines. /liliControl and management of the Brand Marketing budget, in a flexible logic for self-funding of new opportunities or extra planning projects. /liliCreation of a strong team reputation locally and internationally, through communication and enhancement of projects carried out locally. /li /ulpbSkills you'll need : /b /pulliExperience in brand marketing (Lifestyle or Luxury industries brand preferred) /liliExperience in Media /liliExperience in team management /liliExperience in Marketing Strategy /liliPassion for brand building /liliAdvanced user of MS Office suite of products /liliConsumer events management and execution (from niche to bigger scale) /liliConsumer and customer-minded brand builder and implementation driven personality /liliExperience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives. /liliExperience managing communications touchpoint and evolving media landscape knowledge and KPI /liliUnderstanding of key Digital success metrics along the consumer journey on- and off-site /liliAbility to manage or collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary groups /liliLifestyle knowledge /liliPassion for sport, football, lifestyle, technology, gaming and upcoming trends in consumer behavior and evolution of communication landscape /li /ulpbMain Requirements : /b /pulliUniversity degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and / or Marketing - Bachelors in related field required /lili7 years of marketing / communication working experience /liliDeep knowledge of effective channels and strategies to build brand awareness, develop efficient full-funnel strategies /liliFluent English (written and spoken) /liliFluent in local language (if applicable) preferred /liliExcellent presentation skills /liliHands-on experience managing a wide variety of online and offline marketing channels /li /ulpLocation /ppbThe role will be based in our new Office in Milan! /b /pulliAnnual bonus /liliGym and Sports opportunities /liliFree access to self-learning platform /liliEmployee Assistance Program (personal counselling) /li /ulpAT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
