To lead the Customer Service team and organize all activities needed;To maintain a strong network with all internal and external stakeholders;Ensure a correct handling on all sales administration processes (sales quotes, sales orders, tender files, invoicing)Give support to the supporting and technical teams in case necessary;Maintain, follow-up and approve special customer requests and give support to audit teams (internal and external);To work in close cooperation with Sales Excellence Manager for all pricing related topics;To ensure a consistent utilization of the CRM tool.Requisiti: Business degree and at least 4 years of relevant B2B experience; Good knowledge of English (B2/C1); Good knowledge of ERP and CRM.
