Drive Your FutureYou will join the Tax Dept. at Pirelli, where you will support the Tax Italy team in managing its advisory and compliance activities within the Cooperative Compliance Regime.Your Core Activities
Support extraordinary, domestic, and cross-border corporate transactions, ensuring thorough review of contracts and compliance activities from both direct and indirect tax perspectives.Provide support in managing ongoing communication with Tax Authorities under the Italian cooperative compliance regime, including the submission of formal requests and risk notifications on key tax matters.Provide tax advice and support to internal stakeholders regarding both indirect and direct taxation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.Provide assistance in calculating the tax liability at every quarterly deadline and throughout each forecasting period.Management of Pirelli Italian incentives such as super‐depreciation and Credito R&S.Conduct thorough research and analysis on emerging tax legislative changes, providing advisory support to the management.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Economics, preferably with a focus on taxation.At least 7 years of experience in tax, either in tax advisory firm or in tax departments of large Italian or foreign groups.Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1).Problem solving oriented with excellent communication skills.
What Puts You In Pole Position
In-depth knowledge of the Italian tax system, included tax accounting and reporting activities.Proven experience with incentives programs (New Patent Box –R&D Tax credit) and VAT advisory.Strong determination and proactive behavior.Ability to work in a team and with operational autonomy.
