How you’ll live your ambition: We seek a talented IT Project Manager to join our headquarters in Genoa, Italy. Your role will be vital in managing the delivery and evolution of our reservation systems applications, working closely with business lines and IT teams to optimize customer experience and process efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Optimizing business value of projects and solutions, aligning IT strategy with business needs Defining application portfolio strategy and evolution roadmap Designing software solutions using current technology paradigms Coordinating application delivery teams and vendors Facilitating team collaboration Core competencies: Prioritizing projects through effective resource planning Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and facilitating communication Our expectations: At least 5 years of experience in global technology program implementation Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in STEM or IT Experience as an Applications Delivery Manager and knowledge of methodologies Business analysis and data management skills Strong cloud applications delivery knowledge Proficiency with Office 365 and collaboration tools Fluent in English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities Excellent teamwork and communication skills Openness to diversity and cultural differences Strong commitment to sustainability Why Costa: Join us to demonstrate your analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and customer focus.
