Job Description: ADDETTO/A MARKETING
Openjobmetis Spa is seeking to recruit a Marketing Assistant for a client company operating in the energy efficiency, sustainability, and Energy Management sector.
Position
Working in a dynamic and small-sized environment (about 10 employees), the candidate should be versatile and proactive, with strong communication skills and stakeholder relationship management. The role involves increasing responsibilities in marketing, corporate communication, and digital and relational activities.
Main Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and manage corporate communication activities (online and offline), including graphic design, campaigns, content writing, newsletters, and promotional materials.
2. Manage and update the company's website, especially using WordPress, with customization through HTML, CSS, and other web languages.
3. Organize and manage stakeholder engagement activities at institutional and territorial levels.
4. Coordinate events and courses, both in-person and remote.
5. Conduct interviews with stakeholders and relevant actors for dissemination, research, and engagement purposes.
6. Oversee the routine management of ICT devices.
Requirements
* Degree in Design, Communication Sciences, or related fields.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong creativity and ability to produce quality content across channels.
* Deep knowledge of graphic and design tools.
* Proficiency in WordPress and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, etc.).
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Availability for occasional travel.
* Own transportation; residence preferably in the north of Rome or nearby the workplace.
