Role Summary The Graphic Designer role is ideal for a strong visual thinker who also brings additional creative capability, whether that’s photography, videography, 3D rendering, animation, or video editing. The role is key to shaping and elevating brand output across multiple premium production technology brands with international reach. Our audience is made up of professional creatives and technical experts, meaning the standard of our work must meet the expectations of the industry we serve. Creative excellence, craft, and attention to detail are essential. The role is important in marketing campaign development and brings creative consistency across digital, print, motion, and content. It works closely with the Head of Creative and the wider marketing team to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned creative content that reflects the innovation, precision, and professionalism of our brands.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks Core focus
Develop creative concepts and visual systems for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
Design for digital (web, email, social, paid media) and print (brochures, event graphics, POS, packaging)
Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands
Create high-quality layouts, typography, and visual assets
Multi-Disciplinary Contribution You must have strong capability in at least one of the following:
Photography (product, lifestyle, BTS, retouching)
Videography (shooting content for campaigns, social, product)
Video Editing (Premiere Pro / DaVinci / After Effects workflows)
Animation / Motion Graphics (2D motion, kinetic type, animated explainers)
3D Rendering / Visualisation (Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot or similar)
Work Location Cassola, Italy/Hybrid – at least 3 days a week in the office, and 2 days a week working from home

Skills and Experience
Graduated on graphics design/communication design/visual design
Excellent visual design skills and be proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, + Figma, Adobe XD, Suite Office)
Strong typography and layout skills
Confident presenting ideas and explaining creative rationale
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Fluent English
