Our engineering team ensures the quality and reliability of our Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs).
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and impact global manufacturing processes.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and Automate Test Systems: Design, code, and implement robust and scalable test systems (hardware and software) to validate PCBA assembly and functionality, minimizing manual intervention.
Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT): Work closely with design teams to embed testability into the core of our products, ensuring easier and more efficient testing.
Foster Technical Excellence: Refine testing methodologies and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.
Evolve Our Test Platform: Define, design, and implement the next-generation test platform, scalable and robust for our growing product portfolio.
Drive Quality Throughout the Product Lifecycle: Represent testing engineering from initial requirements through final validation, advocating for testability and quality.
Achieve and Exceed Quality Targets: Drive initiatives to attain operational excellence and highly efficient manufacturing processes.
Your Background
Degree or high-school diploma in electronic engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience developing test systems for PCBAs.
In-depth competence in In-Circuit Test (ICT), Boundary Scan (JTAG), and functional testing.
Solid experience with benchtop instrumentation and data-acquisition systems.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and low-level programming is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills at both software and hardware levels.
Track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering).
Goal-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Passion for teamwork and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Experience with National Instruments software and hardware (LabVIEW, TestStand) is a strong plus.
