Experteer Overview
In this Senior Consultant role you help shape customer experience strategies and omnichannel journeys for clients. You will lead CRM/CVM initiatives, apply Generative AI to marketing processes, and contribute to digital transformation roadmaps. You’ll collaborate with IT, Sales, and Operations to ensure aligned, data-driven solutions. This position offers a chance to influence transformation programs at scale within Capgemini Invent’s cross-functional, innovative environment.

Responsabilità
* Proven experience (6-7 years) in consulting or strategic roles in marketing/service design
* In-depth knowledge of CRM and CVM, including leading platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.)
* Ability to design business processes focused on marketing and customer experience
* Expertise in Generative AI applied to marketing (content personalization, automation)
* Solid understanding xjrgpwk of omnichannel strategies and engagement models
* Familiarity with Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
