Job Description:
* The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, manages the full order lifecycle, and works closely with internal departments on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met effectively while maintaining excellent internal and external communication flows.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage customer orders for both new products and series products, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
* Coordinate logistics activities related to orders, including transport bookings and the management of customer-owned packaging flows
* Oversee CSR activities and related processes
* Maintain and update master data (customers, products, etc.) and manage price lists•
* Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing adjustments, including debit and credit notes
* Ensure effective management of internal and external communication flows
Education & Required Skills:
* High school diploma and/or bachelor's degree
* Even brief experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
* Native-level Italian and fluent English; knowledge of an additional language (French and/or German) is considered a plus
* Digital mindset and familiarity with major ERP systems
* Teamwork attitude, with a dynamic and flexible approach
