TotalEnergies will review the received applications, giving care and attention to the values of Diversity and Inclusion.ActivitésThe Job holder will support the proper execution of purchasing operations by performing the following activities: Create and maintain the materials master data for use across all areas of the Company owned materialHandle the reception of materials purchase requisitionsGroup materials requisitions to reduce process costs, compile tender packages and organize call for tender / request for quotationAnswer to tenderers requests for clarificationStudy, compare and evaluate offers in order to have the most economical and contractual advantageous conditionsOrganize and lead negotiations with suppliers associated with award and performance of POsEstablish corresponding contractual documents: purchase orders, etc...Ensure the follow‐up of purchase orders until complete reception and paymentEnsure rapid and correct validation of PO'sEnsure reception of acknowledgement of receipt for PO's from suppliersEnsure Suppliers' deliveries on timeFollow‐up of goods receipt until affiliate's central warehouseNegotiate and solve all changes leading to amendment from Métier Partners or suppliers/contractorsClarify discrepancies between material received and orders, if any with suppliersAdhere to materials management policies and procedures defined by HQ for all activities performed including the use of integrated business systems (SAP).
