Role Overview
We are looking for creators who don’t just “post content,” but build distribution engines.
This role is performance-based. Compensation is directly tied to measurable results. If you generate impact, you participate in the upside.
You will work directly with the founders on positioning, messaging, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
* Create high-quality content for socials.
* Develop and execute strategy aligned with growth goals
* Translate product features into compelling narratives
* Run content experiments (hooks, formats, angles) and iterate based on performance data
* Collaborate on product launches, feature announcements, and campaigns
* Explore new channels and growth opportunities
* Support brand positioning across digital platforms
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience creating and distributing content on at least one major platform
* Strong storytelling and audience understanding
* Data-driven mindset (comfortable tracking metrics and optimizing for performance)
* Interest in AI, education, startups, or technology
* High ownership mentality and ability to execute independently
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Compensation Structure
This is a performance-based role with:
