Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field;
* 1–2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally with exposure to brand campaigns and video channels;
* Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and/or DSPs;
* Familiarity with brand‑performance channels such as YouTube, Connected TV (CTV), and programmatic display;
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics/reporting tools;
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions;
* High proficiency in English and Italian;
* Strong communication and analytical skills;
* Curious and proactive mindset, with an interest in emerging marketing technologies;
* Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with a sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimize full‑funnel marketing campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Connected TV, programmatic display and Google Ads, in 14 countries where we operate;
* Execute a test‑and‑learn approach by running A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and channel strategies across both brand and performance initiatives;
* Analyze cross‑channel campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale;
* Support budget allocation and in‑flight optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets;
* Contribute to measurement and attribution efforts, ensuring accurate tracking across web and app environments;
* Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital media, especially in video, CTV, and programmatic ecosystems;
* Identify and propose new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and creative strategies.
