We are seeking proactive candidates — with Financial training or equivalent qualification, and with experience in Asset Management within the renewable energy sector with a focus on Solar and Wind plants.Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the commercial, financial, and soft technical aspects of photovoltaic and/or wind projects.The role involves collaboration with Danish, Dutch and English-speaking business partners and colleagues.Key Responsibilities:-Lead and coordinate the management of the assigned PV portfolios.-Monitor the income and expenses of renewable energy operating companies.-Prepare and maintain liquidity and budget planning, including cost control.-Produce regular reports for investors, owners, and banks on asset financial performance.-Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, and service contracts for our operating companies.-Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and related documentation.-Handle insurance claims and/or warranty on behalf of the project company.-Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical operations managers, investors, banks, tax advisors, auditors, and public authorities.-Organize shareholder meetings from preparation, execution and follow-up.-Follow up internal reporting on plants in his portfolio and liaise with the clients Plants managers-Manage complex tasks with a multidisciplinary a
