We offer an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have fluent English and previous experience, preferably gained in multinational environments. Responsibilities Support cross-business transformation projects with a strong focus on improving field performance in Business Unit Europe Africa. Support the Head of Transformation and Head of Operations with strategic analyses and decision-making materials, including high-quality presentations for senior leadership and group-level meetings. Translate complex operational and business data into clear, actionable insights. Monitor key business and operational metrics across all countries in Europe Africa, identify trends, and highlight implications for transformation priorities. Contribute to the development and tracking of field transformation project roadmaps, initiatives, and change programs. Support project teams and work closely with the Finance department to plan and track costs, financial targets, and project timelines. Collaborate closely with country field leaders to ensure consistent and accurate data foundations. Facilitate preparation and follow-up for transformation workshops, field meetings, and key strategic discussions. Provide ad hoc analytical support and problem-solving expertise to the Transformation and Field leadership team. Implement a consistent Transformation Office governance, efficient reporting, and transparency of results, risks, and progress status. Your Profile Your profile: A university degree in business administration, economics, finance, or equivalent. A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, ideally with field/finance/elevator/transformation office/consulting – within an international or matrix organization. Extensive analytical skills, including designing, building, and populating financial and operational models. Solid knowledge of financials and financial management of projects, budgeting, actuals tracking, and reporting. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of unstructured data and assimilate large volumes of complex information quickly and accurately. A team player mentality, goal-oriented, resilient, strong commitment, and a proactive attitude. Excellent social and communication skills in fluent English (written & spoken).
