You will cover following geographies: Switzerland, Italy, France, Nordic countries, and new countries with assets under development. /ppYou will support Asset Managers to maximise assets availability and performances; and lead the technical development of new assets from concept studies to construction and commissioning. /ppRegular travel to assets sites and stakeholders’ locations are required. /ppbr/ppbYour Main Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppMulti-geographies organization management /pulliManage a diverse engineering team, based in various countries /liliEnsure coordination across the different teams in Europe /liliStructure the development of teams’ skills and capabilities /li /ulpEngineering expertise development /pulliEnsure the continuous development of the Asset Engineering’s team capabilities to keep a high level of expertise in various technologies /liliDrives standardization of engineering practices and technical project management /liliOrganize the market intelligence activity for the team to stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to renewable energy systems /liliFoster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned and stakeholder feedback /li /ulpAsset management support /pulliSupport with your team, Asset Managers for OM services negotiation and contract management /liliProvides engineering authority for asset upgrades, retrofits, and performance enhancements /li /ulpTechnical lead on asset development /pulliCoordinate engineering activities from concept studies to FID /liliOrchestrate construction and commissioning /liliDefine project execution strategies /liliWork closely with Business Developers to assess new investment opportunities /liliSupports MA activities through technical due diligence and asset condition assessments /li /ulpbr/ppbYour profile /b /ppbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliMaster’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field /lili12+ years of extensive and proven experience in technical project management in the energy sector, for various technologies and complex projects. /liliExtensive and proven experience in wind farms development, construction and operations is a key advantage /lili5+ years of management experience /liliFull professional proficiency level in English /liliAdditionally, full professional proficiency level in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish or French.
