Our agency is seeking an energetic young professional with native Spanish proficiency to join the creative team as Assistant Director for stage direction for its upcoming production:

Location: Cilento (Italy)
Dates and Compensation: from the 9th to the 24th of January with a compensation of 500 euros
Benefits: Lunch included, accommodation in a shared apartment, and travel expenses covered.
Language requirements:
Candidates must have native or very high-level English proficiency and fluent in at least one of the following languages: Italian or French.
The project is a contemporary reinterpretation of Frankenstein, adapted to highlight the contradictions and shortcomings of modern society. The production blends social reflection with theatrical innovation, including a thematic focus on the role and presence of Al in today's world, offering a modern and provocative take on a classic text.
Role and Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director will be involved throughout the entire rehearsal process, working closely with the Artistic Director to contribute creative ideas, propose alternative perspectives, and support the staging and artistic development of the production. The role includes participation in all phases, from the initial script reading to defining the artistic approach and assisting with planning and coordination in the rehearsal space.
This is a non-performing position.
On the first day, after the initial script reading with the Artistic Director, the selected candidate will be expected to draft a preliminary staging proposal to discuss and refine as the foundation for the rehearsal direction.
