Ph3Senior Buyer /h3 pReports to the Procurement Team Lead, and works closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Expediting, we are looking for a bSenior Buyer /b who will be responsible for managing procurement activities globally, with a specific focus on US suppliers. /p h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pManage the procurement process for strategic materials and services, ensuring quality, competitive costs, on-time deliveries, and compliance with purchasing requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the entire purchasing process, taking full ownership and ensuring transparency and efficiency at every stage. /li liConduct contract and commercial negotiations with strong bargaining skills, securing favorable conditions for the company in terms of cost and commercial clauses. /li liIdentify and qualify new suppliers both nationally and internationally, expanding and consolidating the supply base. /li liEnsure accuracy and timeliness in the execution of orders and in meeting agreed deadlines. /li liManage supplier relationships throughout the entire order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and supporting the Expediting function in case of critical issues or delays. /li liCollaborate actively with various company functions (Engineering, Quality, Production, Finance, Project Management, Expediting) to ensure consistency and efficiency in the procurement process. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. /li liMinimum of 4 years of experience as a Buyer / Senior Buyer, preferably in industrial, technical, or mechanical and/or plant engineering contexts. /li liExperience in international Supplier management. /li liExperience in managing complex tenders for EPC contracts in the Energy or Oil Gas sectors and technical knowledge of the electro‑mechanical sectors are considered a plus. /li liNB. Some travels to our Boston's office will be required.
