The Monitor Manufacturing Engineering Manager ensures continuous support for production activities through process validation, continuous improvement, problem solving, industrialization, innovation, and training.
Your activity will focus on our dialysis machines production area, managed using Lean Methodology like One Piece Flow, Kanban, and process standardization. You'll also manage CAPEX projects for all the plant.
You'll lead a team (~10 people) and report to the Plant Manager.
* Review validation activities and manage a team that will execute validation protocols, procedures, work instructions, OPLs.
* Manage CAPEX projects related to all the manufacturing plant.
* Manage industrialization processes, support prototyping activities, and manage production transfer projects (in both directions, transfer to other locations and receiving from other sites).
* Be responsible for 'change control' activities related to different production lines and spare parts production and for production improvements to be compliant with quality and safety regulations updates.
* Supervise and coordinate projects driven by the plant or launched by global departments that impact production.
* Manage budget related to CAPEX, site projects, and your team.
* Manage and develop the manufacturing engineering team.
* Collaborate with other departments such as quality, R&D manufacturing, etc… that can be based in Medolla or other sites.
