Founded in the 1997 to meet the logistics needs of the most demanding clientele in the world. To enhance the logistic team in Milan, we are looking for a Quality and Compliance Specialist, responsible for contributing to the maintenance of current QEHS and trade/supply chain compliance certifications, programs and supporting the delivery of new ones as the company grows; including but not limited to our IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), C-TPAT, AEO, CSR. Responsibilities: - Ensure site readiness and conformance to ISO and compliance requirements - Identify and interpret QEHS and trade compliance regulations into requirements - Track and review no-conformities, ensure adequate corrective actions and verify effectiveness with stakeholders - Monitor and ensure complaints are resolved effectively - Prepare and conduct service reviews, management reviews, internal/external audits, compliance assessments, evaluation of compliance - Identify and plan to address risk & opportunities, aspects/impacts - Maintain legal and compliance register - Evaluate changes and ensure document control - Gather and analyze results, feedback and performance data, recommend improvements - Prepare, analyze and present reports - Additional duties and programs as assigned Qualifications: - Degree - 1 year of air courier or logistics experience, required - 1 year of ISO9001 working knowledge, preferred - Internal Auditor experience, ISO19011, preferred - 1 year of AEO or trade/supply chain compliance working knowledge, preferred - Environmental, Health and Safety, ISO14001 45001 working knowledge, preferred - Strong communication skills - Strong proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
