You will lead the Data Workstream and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global AI and data strategy. The successful candidate will oversee AI governance, innovation delivery, and community adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and responsible AI practices. /ppKey responsibilities: /pulliProviding leadership for the AI Steering Committee, setting the strategic direction for AI initiatives across GCC with an emphasis on tailored AI solutions developed internally or sourced from leading providers /liliCollaborating closely with the Core Platform, Process Excellence and Change Management, and IT teams to ensure coherence between planning, strategy, and evolving business requirements /liliOverseeing and operationalizing the Data Governance and Data Workstream, maintaining alignment with global data strategies and organizational objectives /liliChampion innovation through initiatives such as the Acceleration Engine (including projects like DELPHI and Subaru), ensuring the integration of AI solutions into comprehensive end-to-end business processes /liliPromoting a culture of responsible AI usage by embedding ethical guidelines and robust governance frameworks throughout the organization /liliManaging various communities, including AI Champions, Data Stewards, and Subject Matter Experts, through effective leadership /liliServing as the primary liaison between business units and IT for all Data Governance and AI-related needs, prioritizing solution quality over volume /liliImplementing and institutionalizing adoption methodologies for global data tools and platforms, working in close partnership with the Process Excellence and Change Management team.
