We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven
EMEA Finance Operations Analyst
to support performance visibility and industrial controlling across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, structuring, consolidating, and analyzing industrial data to enable accurate performance monitoring, support industrial month-end closing, and drive fact-based decision-making. You will ensure reporting is timely, standardized, and reliable across all plants.
Beyond reporting, you will play a key role in the digitalization and harmonization of industrial controlling processes, helping to improve transparency, efficiency, and data integrity across the region.
You will also provide hands-on operational support to local plant controllers, ensuring business continuity during absences, peak workload periods, and onboarding phases that require on-site knowledge transfer and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate and analyze industrial performance data across EMEA plants
Support industrial month-end closing processes
Deliver accurate, standardized, and timely reporting
Drive harmonization and digitalization of controlling processes
Provide on-site operational support and continuity for local plant controllers
This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with operational pragmatism. You MUST have previous experience as an Operations Analyst in a manufacturing or FMCG business and multi site experience.
Salary range is €45,000 PA plus benefits
The role requires you to be onsite 3 days per week in Gallarate. xdwybme This is a permanent position.
