Job Title: Sales Assistant - Agency Worker (Chinese Speaker)

Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Sales Management, this role is responsible for routine sales management, including sales data analysis, reporting, and conducting regular sales meetings. The position involves monitoring customer relationships and overseeing the full lifecycle of sales projects—from initiation and execution to authenticity verification and closure. Additionally, the role ensures end-to-end (E2E) order process monitoring, coordinates contract signing procedures, maintains MAE (Management Approval & Execution) internal control compliance, and resolves all Order-to-Cash (OTC) issues.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage sales targets: Lead the development of annual order and revenue targets, oversee the breakdown and implementation of these targets, drive the achievement of order and revenue goals, and handle routine sales management (including sales data analysis, reporting, and regular sales meetings).
* Sales pipeline and forecast management: Oversee the pipeline and major order/revenue support projects, manage order and revenue forecasts by tier, prepare progress reports and risk warnings, and provide support for operational and market decision-making.
* Manage sales projects: Monitor the initiation, execution, and closure of sales projects, promptly flag and resolve issues during project execution, coordinate resources, facilitate key milestone decisions, ensure project progress and success rates, and enhance sales project operational capabilities.
* Manage 5 key actions for Enel customers, including out-of-office activities and scorecard tracking.
* Enhance sales management processes and regulations: Improve the development and execution of regional sales management processes and policies. Oversee opportunity metrics and ensure compliance with the OTO (opportunity-to-order) process, office protocols, and Italian law.
Requirements:
* Preferred background in customer/channel sales, finance, quality & operations, or other frontline sales roles.
* Proven experience in project management, sales management, data analysis, decision-making support, and KPI tracking.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English, Italian, and Chinese are a must).
* Logical Thinking: Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze issues clearly and propose effective solutions.
* Technical Skills: Proficiently use Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create high-quality documents, reports, and presentations. Familiarity with enterprise business channel processes and systems (e.g., PRM, Salesforce, Eplus).
