As a recent graduate or experienced
Optometrist
in our Balgowlah store, you will work with world‑class technology including Visual Field Analyzer and Optos UWDRS.Your Responsibilities
Perform eye examinations for a broad range of customers, handling various appointment types (e.G., children, contact lenses, therapeutics).Confidently recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.Clearly explain lens technology, communicating features and benefits of lens products to customers, including coatings and extras.Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in the use and recommendation of technology to customers.Collaborate with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximise eyecare revenue, including technology, labour efficiencies, and appropriate Medicare billing.Culture & Benefits
