Key Tasks
- Support the execution of plans and processes to implement the OFR pricing strategy
- Support in responding to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner
- Administer tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations
- Support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs
- Draft and submit relevant documents for tenders
- Maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries
- Answer queries, prepare information for customers to maintain close business relationship with existing clients and enhance customer retention
- Consolidate, record information and handle day-to-day shipment documentation
- Understand recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development
- May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions
- Resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications to OFR pricing methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
