At the St. Regis Rome, we are looking for a Event Sales & Operations Trainee.
The candidate, with strong interest in the hospitality world and especially in the Events sector, will be placed to support the event sales team in activities concerning:
- Phone and email contact with potential clients to handle inquiries regarding events to be held in house
-Client assistance and support with respect to event planning
-Informing the client regarding the various organization possibilities offered by the facility
- Preparing offers for Italian and foreign groups, conferences, events and individual guests
- Use of information systems specific to event management
- Follow up on offers sent (availability of rooms/meeting rooms, spaces for lunches, dinners, events).
- Support on all stages of the organization, from the client's request to the formulation of an economic offer for our proposed services and, in case of confirmation, preparation of contracts and checking on deposits
-Assistance of the team in site inspections with clients.
Required: Proficient English and Italian. other languages will be a plus.
