ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Colere is a charming mountain village renowned for its unspoiled landscapes, and year-round appeal. The destination offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with skiing, hiking, and climbing, as well as a retreat for those seeking tranquility. Within this stunning setting, the Cloud 7 Hotel Colere features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, offering a blend of comfort and contemporary alpine style. Guests will enjoy a wellness center dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation, along with the variety of refined hospitality in lounge bar&ski;, a la carte and self-service restaurants, the hotel embodies the perfect balance of adventure, wellness, and Italian charm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy.
- Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure accuracy in reservations, billing, and guest records.

CONNECTION

- Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Represent KH values of hospitality and inclusivity in all interactions.

INNOVATION

- Use hotel systems and digital tools effectively to manage reservations and guest services.
- Adapt quickly to guest needs and apply creative solutions in daily tasks.

CURATION

- Deliver personalized service tailored to guest preferences and requirements.
- Support the creation of memorable experiences that reflect Cloud 7 Colere’s identity.

LEADING THE WAY

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and brand standards.
- Share guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Friendly, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a guest-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
