We are looking for a passionate and motivated Salumeria Department Head to join our team! If you have solid experience managing a salumeria department and enjoy working closely with customers and staff, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Cosa Farai
- Manage and coordinate the salumeria team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Arrange and present the salumeria display attractively and consistently stocked.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitary regulations.
- Plan and manage orders and inventory, monitoring expiration dates and product turnover.
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering product and preparation advice.
- Monitor department sales and identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle cash register and sales transactions.
- Train and motivate the team to develop their skills.
Cosa Cerchiamo
- Experience as a salumeria department head or similar role.
- Knowledge of meats, cheeses, and processing techniques.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build good customer relationships.
- Attention to detail and respect for hygiene standards.
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- HACCP certification (preferred).
