We are looking for a Production Engineer who will have the opportunity to manage a highly complex and automated manufacturing department, ensuring volumes and excellent quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Management of efficiency, quality, and OEE KPIs.
Guarantee the production output of the area to meet industrial plans.
Production programming, detection of deviations, and management actions to guarantee required levels.
Responsible for the quality of parts produced in the shop.
Application of delegation mechanisms.
Training and development of direct team members.
Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods.
Knowledge of procedures, organizational and management references to handle environmental changes.
Knowledge of operative modalities for safety interventions or significant risk.
Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department on continuous improvement projects.
Main Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Engineering.
At least 2‑3 years of experience.
Previous leadership experience is appreciated.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma).
Problem‑solving attitude.Good interpersonal skills.
