* Strategic Support: Partner closely with the Head of Design to translate high-level creative concepts into actionable design solutions and concrete project plans.
* Team Leadership & Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication within the internal design team, optimizing workflows and maintaining a consistent design language across all touchpoints.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and conduct quality checks to ensure all final outputs reflect the brand's excellence.

* A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.
* An uncompromising eye for design quality and brand consistency.
* Ability to mentor junior designers and influence external partners without direct authority.
