Job Title: Logistics Order to Cash & Tender Sr. Manager
Location: Lombardia, Italy
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time
Initial compensation: Gross annual salary €75,000 plus variable bonus tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Order to Cash process (orders, shipments, invoicing, collections, returns, non‑commercial programs), ensuring ERP systems are up to date and coordinating with Finance on tax, accounting, and operational matters.
- Supervise warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with KPIs, product availability and continuity of the logistics flow, including serialization and labeling requirements.
- Lead tender processes, commercial offers and agreements in line with business decisions, ensuring compliance with administrative procedures and monitoring tender procedures.
- Oversee credit collection processes and monitor financial KPIs (DSO) in collaboration with Finance.
- Manage and develop the team through coaching, performance evaluation, talent management and fostering a culture of ethics, collaboration and results.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in roles involving management/coordination of tenders and/or supply chain/customer service.
- Knowledge of national and international logistics flows.
- Experience or aptitude for managing/coordinating resources and complex cross‑functional projects.
- Strong results orientation and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity and ability to work in cross‑functional and global environments.
- Capacity to operate in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Knowledge of regulatory aspects, procurement code and hospital tenders.
- Full compliance with internal regulations, ethical and legal standards (including the AIFP Code) and proper management of product safety and quality reports.
