Your responsibilities include: Reporting to the Construction Manager and the Construction Team Leader, working with Project Purchasing & Logistics, System Design, Specialists, Consultants, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and the Client to ensure compliant project execution. Defining project/trade scope, calculating resources, establishing standards, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors and staff, evaluating milestones, and implementing change orders. Inspecting, supervising, and reporting on construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules, quality, and safety standards. Managing suppliers and subcontractors during construction and commissioning, monitoring KPIs, controlling schedules and quality, and addressing NCRs. Ensuring full compliance with QHSE regulations, legislation, standards, and industry best practices in Italy. Managing contractual trade schedules and payment milestones, and preparing necessary documentation. Preparing daily reports, work procedures, QCPs, and ITPs, and supporting logistics with material distribution and inspections. Your profile: Civil Engineering background. At least 5 years of construction supervision experience in civil infrastructure projects, with 2 years in utility-scale solar PV plants. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian. Proven track record of completing projects on time, safely, and with quality compliance. Experience managing subcontractors and using construction management tools.
