The role oversees and coordinates external security patrol activities, leads the response to incidents and emergencies, and manages key control and access systems to protect people and property. /p h3Safety and Security /h3 ul liWork in coordination with the external health and safety consultant (RSPP) and relevant stakeholders to ensure the implementation and compliance with the DVR (Risk Assessment Document). /li liEnsure the application of property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g., evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters). /li liEnforce company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for associates, guests and suppliers. /li liIdentify and correct unsafe procedures or conditions in all areas, report them to management and register them into the company system. /li liUse and supervise that appropriate personal protective clothing (PPE) is worn by staff and report to the upper management in case of negligence. /li liComplete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks and deliver safety and security training to hotel associates. /li liMaintain regular communication with local authorities, including police and other relevant agencies (Fire brigade, local embassy and municipality), to ensure proper coordination and compliance. /li /ul h3Surveillance /h3 ul liOversee the operations and shift schedules of the external Security/Patrol team, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with the service agreement. /li liEnsure that Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems are operated in compliance with current legislation and company standards. /li liEnsure the CCTV system HIK VISION is working properly and operative 24, reporting any malfunctions and being confident with it, in order to collect images or footage in case of need. /li liEnsure Security/Patrol team is vigilant and promptly identify any unauthorized or undesirable individuals on the property. /li liIdentify and correct unusual circumstances, safety violations, employee safety issues, or unresolved safety work orders, report them to management and register them into the company system. /li liEnsure policies and procedures on property access for associates, suppliers and guests are communicated and followed. /li /ul h3Incident/Emergency Response /h3 ul liCoordinate the emergency response team and oversee its operations during critical situations. /li liProvide assistance to guests and employees in the event of emergencies, ensuring their safety and well‑being. /li liRespond to the scene of guest or employee accidents and determine if emergency aid is required. /li liNotify manager/supervisor, local police, or other appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. /li liComplete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention and safety related incidents such as theft, accidents, physical hazards, and fire alarms. /li liDefuse guest or employee disturbances/altercations in accordance with company policies and procedures, including summoning appropriate authorities if necessary, and documenting incident. /li liRespond to domestic problems with guests and call for outside assistance if necessary. /li liResolve safety hazard situations. /li liHandle business interruptions and complaints, such as suspicious individuals, civil disturbances or demonstrations, noise complaints, intoxicated individuals, etc. /li liConduct follow‑up investigations of all accidents, injuries, losses, or criminal acts occurring on the property. /li /ul h3Investigations/Reports /h3 ul liMaintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents and release information only to authorized individuals. /li liCollect information related to theft/fraud or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest complaints and incidents. /li liConduct interviews with relevant parties in order to obtain statements and information related to incidents. /li liComplete a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report to ensure that all information is properly logged into company system MIRA, PREPARED, MY VAULT, BUSINESS CONTINUITYSALES FORCE. /li liAssist manager/supervisor in conducting regular documented safety inspections. /li /ul h3Key Management /h3 ul liSupervise the key management systems procedures and operations (rooms keys, security badges, staff entrance) and liaise with related system supplier for system maintenance and updates. /li liConduct a key control audit, including monitoring electronic key boxes, issuing and receiving all master keys, radios, and beepers and keeping accurate records to ensure the safekeeping of these items. /li liEnsure that everyone is granted the appropriate access rights in accordance with their role and responsibilities. /li liBe accountable of all the tools related to key management (SAFLOK BY DORMAKABA, SIPASS BY SIEMENS) ensuring the correct setup and maintenance of the systems and providing reports in case of need. /li /ul h3Guest Relations /h3 ul liAddress guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. /li liActively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process to resolve issues, delight, and build trust. /li liProvide assistance to individuals with disabilities, including assisting visually, hearing, or physically impaired individuals within guidelines. /li liWelcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using
