Job Purpose:
The role has overall accountability for the execution and delivery of the GSC Quality Plan. The 2030 Quality Ambition is critical to enabling a future-ready Quality organization that operates proactively to accelerate high-quality products to our patients.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Leading and overseeing the Quality organization’s project management office, defining project management standards, improving governance, and aligning projects with business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance efficiency, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
2. Establishing a governance framework to ensure compliance, quality, and accountability in project execution.
3. Building capability in PMO tools and software, providing guidance on scheduling, budgeting, task management, resource allocation, and reporting.
4. Translating and accelerating the proactive quality strategic pillar across GSC Quality in partnership with Quality Systems Lead, Global Engineering, and Global Technology.
5. Developing team capabilities, implementing succession planning, and ensuring the team evolves to meet Ambition 2030.
6. Partnering with the QLT and wider quality teams to deliver value-creating initiatives for patients, the business, and employees.
7. Managing the Ambition 2030 roadmap to position Quality as a Competitive Advantage.
8. Participating in the Business Excellence Quality Leadership team, contributing to Quality Ambition 2030 and strategy deployment.
9. Managing the Smart Manufacturing Quality roadmap with key network partners.
10. Developing expertise in the Hoshin Kanri Process.
11. Creating the Annual Quality Improvement Plan and supporting strategy deployment.
12. Managing the Central Quality CAPEX budget for the Quality Plan, coaching leaders on financial adherence.

Why you?
Basic qualifications:
* BA/BS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Data Science, or Project Management
* 10 years in a digital environment leading change initiatives
* Experience in a regulated technical or engineering environment
* Skills in Project Management, Leadership, Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Decision Making, Problem Solving, and translating business requirements into digital solutions
* Practical Change Management experience
Preferred qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Project Management, Data Science, Continuous Improvement, or Strategy Deployment
* PMP certification
* MBA
* Experience in technical, IT, or engineering roles
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in agile teams and driving innovation
* Ability to influence enterprise-wide business outcomes quickly
