If you're a tech‑savvy troubleshooter with a thirst for learning and a drive to make a real impact, we want you on our team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, deploy, and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). /li liEnsure high availability and performance of platforms. /li liAutomate workflows using GitOps and scripting. /li liResolve platform and application‑level issues. /li liManage security components including certificates, LDAP, and backups. /li liPerform performance tuning, capacity planning, and platform updates. /li liProvide 24 / 7 support for critical incidents. /li liEnsure platform reliability and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 h3Key skills /h3 ul li3–6 years of experience in Linux and AIX environments /li liStrong OpenShift and Kubernetes expertise (AKS / GKE experience a plus) /li liScripting / programming skills (Java, Python, Bash, Go, YAML) /li liFamiliarity with Red Hat tools (Ansible, RH Application Runtimes) /li liDevOps mindset (experience with CI / CD, monitoring, and incident management) /li liCloud proficiency (solid understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments) /li liExperience managing LDAP integrations, user profiles, keys, and certificates /li liFamiliarity with tools for real‑time monitoring, alerting, and log / event collection /li liSkilled in performance tuning, patching, backup procedures, and network configuration /li liCertifications like Red Hat OpenShift Admin or Kubernetes Admin preferred /li /ul h3Being You /h3 pDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
