In this role you will lead and scale SumUp’s field sales in Tuscany, guiding a team of reps and shaping territory growth. You will work hands‑on in the field, coach your team, and ensure strong, brand‑aligned customer engagements. You’ll partner with central teams to optimize incentives and market insights while driving measurable performance. This leadership position offers autonomy, growth, and the chance to impact SumUp’s regional footprint.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Lead and coach a field sales team across the region (roughly 10 representatives)
Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow SumUp’s presence in Tuscany
Drive performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and running weekly alignment meetings
Collaborate with central teams on commissions, incentives, and market insights
Maintain high-quality sales practices and consistent brand presence in all interactions
Accompany the team on visits and support live sales situations to close deals
Responsabilità
Solid field sales experience, ideally in SaaS, digital products, or consultative selling
Prior management of field sales teams (10+ reps)
Results‑oriented, fast‑paced and target‑driven
Clear communicator, strong coaching and leadership by example
Data‑driven xlwpduy decision making to improve team performance
Willingness to travel daily within Tuscany
Fluent in Italian and English in line with internal processes
