Qualifications
1.01 Supports the Sales Operations Manager in achieving commercial objectives by independently conducting orders and maximizing sales results (budget) ensuring an appropriate choice of product (quality)
1.02 Supports the Sales Operations Manager and the Sales Operations Team in planning the Client Agenda
1.03 Deepens and keeps his knowledge of the collection and seasonal projects constantly updated
1.04 Carries out other operational activities assigned by his Manager relating to the maintenance of the Showroom in the different phases of the Process (pre‑sales campaign back office post sales…)
1.05 Studies and processes a preventive evaluation of assigned customers to define a product assortment compliant with the type of customer and maximize company profits (also specialists)
1.06 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive activities team and digital aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness‑efficiency of its Responsibilities
1.07 Promotes adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the business.
1.08 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational / cultural actions for Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and the Organizational Community
1.09 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness / efficiency of ones Responsibilities
