Here below your responsibilities: /b /pulliSupport the definition of Procurement and Fabrication strategies, Project schedule and manhours estimation based on the analysis of bidding documentation and data available on material utilization, yields and workload. /liliSupport Project team in the release of project schedule related to Fabrication activities, defining Engineering and Procurement deliverables dates accordingly /liliContribute to the preparation of W BS and ensure issue of estimated man-hours /liliEnsure cycled man-hours preparation and operative planning (work-pack issuance) /liliCheck actual man-hours spent vs cycled man-hours, producing ETC (Estimate To Complete) analysis /liliSupport decisions regarding project execution modifications (e.g., acceleration plan, recovery plan, rescheduling), providing qualitative and quantitative analysis on Production status and trend /liliAssure consistent and timely upload of Project data (schedule, material take-off, welding summy list, process order, etc.) and Production feedback in yard management system /liliSupport continuous improvement in term of all operative matters, developing and improving specific contributions /liliCoordinate pre-fabrication and fabrication activities ensuring proper workload management and saturation of manpower /liliElaborate multi-project production plans for the evaluation of available manpower and potential additional external resources /liliEnsure the issue of the project execution plan /liliQuantity time and cost impact of subcontractor claims /li /ulpbLOCATION: Willingness to relocate to locations worldwide/remote areas for extended periods. /b /ppbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppbEducation: /b Master Degree in Management/Industrial/Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering /ppbExperience: /b 4 – 7 years years of experience in production planning, preferably in the offshore sector or at metallurgical companies /ppbLanguages: /b English fluent B2/C1 /ppbSoft Skills: /b Problem solving; Ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision; Flexible and available to work on offshore rotation on board the vessels at national and international level /ppbIT Skills: /b Advanced MS Office /ppbWhat else should you know? /bYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the technical support office as matter expert on assigned project. /ppbWhat else should you know? /bYou will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and competitive environment that constantly evolves and challenges your skills travelling abroad based on the projects you will work for. /ppbPermanent Contract /b /ppbGrafton Engineering è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa /b autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
