Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a global investment firm specializing in telecom infrastructure.
We invest in mobile sites such as masts and rooftop antennas, by acquiring the lease rights from property owners in exchange for an upfront capital payment.
By purchasing their future lease income, we help them unlock immediate value, reduce long-term risk, and gain clarity over their assets.
We don't build or operate mobile networks; we help people get the most from them.
Through transparent transactions and professional management, we turn complex telecom leases into stable, strategic investments.
This means there's room to take ownership and help shape TIP's future.
We work hard, but we respect balance and clear communication.
People First – we support each other and value wellbeing.
Excellence – we take pride in quality and accuracy.
Change – we stay flexible and curious.
It's a chance to be part of something evolving, with room to grow, support to succeed, and the opportunity to make a lasting contribution.
