Long Acting Antibodies Account Specialist

Role Overview : A LAS guarantees proper planning and utilization of LAAB volumes by :
* Leading and ensuring the dissemination of accurate product information & communication through internal account channels (from therapy area leads to prescribers) and external channels (from involved MSLs and Sales Force).
* Coordinating all team members involved in the account (LAM, MSLs, ISFs) in acquiring and managing all necessary information related to LAAB administration (patient flow in therapy areas and product administration) and ensuring correct execution.
* Acting as the primary contact point for any LAAB-specific matters for physicians in the account.
* Supporting LAM & RAM in access, product acquisition, tender management, and specific programs developed with regional and account stakeholders.
Territory : Campania
Technical Expertise : Knowledge in Covid products, therapeutic classes, or patient needs, with experience calling on specialists such as Infectiologists, Oncologists, Hematologists, Nephrologists, Immunologists, & Medical associations. Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders is preferred. Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales & account management is advantageous.
Typical Accountabilities :
* Coordinate information channels on LAAB at the account level, both internal and external.
* Coordinate all colleagues regarding LAAB administration and ensure proper execution.
* Ensure proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders/customers to optimize product volume consumption.
* Engage healthcare professionals in discussions about indications, efficacy, and safety to promote appropriate product use.
* Lead planning for volume quantification for tendering and support procedural execution.
* Assist LAM / RAM with hospital pharmacy and local health unit collaborations for prophylaxis campaigns.
* Support implementation of account strategies and communication with the Brand Team and sales force.
* Complete all required training, including product examinations.
* Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to develop local strategies and business plans.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information.
* Communicate proactively about timelines, bid processes, and challenges.
* Ensure compliance with regulations concerning interactions with healthcare professionals.
Essential Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree or previous experience as a Representative.
* Project management and team development skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence peers.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Understanding of financial concepts and contracting issues.
* Customer-facing skills.
* Digital savviness.
* Residence in the working area.
Desirable Requirements :
* Experience in sales management or commercial functions.
* Experience in Account management is a plus.
* Knowledge of the institutional scenario at various levels.
