Social network you want to login/join with:We are seeking an IT Analyst (Digital CX) to work in a modern, international environment, providing the best IT solutions and managing related projects.Responsibilities include:Analyzing business requirements to define optimal IT solutions supporting business processes.Supporting the internal team with Digital Solutions projects, primarily for Customer Operations.Acting as the first point of contact for internal queries and issues.Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.Facilitating design sessions with partners to define solutions.Delivering system design elements, business rules, mock-ups, and other detailed outputs.Managing project responsibilities, including timelines and technical goals.Leading System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Coordinating external consultants per IT department procedures.Creating internal documentation for users and IT needs, such as application maintenance and technical documentation.Serving as the first contact for Application Maintenance Services (AMS).Reporting directly to the IT Area Leader, following up on projects, and proposing new solutions to improve processes and satisfaction.Candidate profile:Business Degree in Management, Engineering, or Economics.Experience with CX applications and integrated Digital tools.2-3 years in a similar role; consulting experience is a plus.Experience in the Fashion or Consumer Goods industry is advantageous.Proficiency in English at an advanced level.Strong teamwork, customer orientation, problem-solving skills, result focus, passion, enthusiasm, curiosity, and innovation.Why join us:This is an excellent opportunity to be part of Kering's growth, working in a global luxury group that values talent development and internal mobility.
