You will support the Manager on the analysis of the monthly / quarterly / annually financial reports of the Country Group South East Europe (“CG SEE”), verifying with management and controllers the reasons for deviations from budget and forecast. In this role you will : /p ul liensure the smoothness of monthly reporting process with plant controllers /li liensure operationally the annual budgeting process for CG SEE (i.e. preparation of instructions, collection and analysis of prepared data and consolidation analysis) /li lisupport the Controlling Manager in the “Integrated Business Plan” process /li liconduct Costing Analysis to verify the appropriateness of data in the system among all country group plants /li lisupport the Controlling Manager on monitoring financial performances of CG SEE, interacting with management, plant controllers and EU controlling team /li /ul pbQualifications /b /p ul liTo be successful in this role you are proactive and curious; you have a degree in Management / Economics and you are proficient in English. /li liA solid 2 years experience in the Controlling team of a modern company is a must: you will need excellent skills in financial performance analysis and in industrial controlling, reporting, operational budgeting and budgeting techniques to be effective in our team.
