Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and optimization of digital marketing campaigns through all digital channels. The core responsibilities are: 1) Ensuring search optimization 2) Increasing traffic quality to sites of interest 3) Generating new leads.
Qualifications
1.01 Plans and executes web campaigns, SEO/SEM, database building, email campaigns*
1.02 Analyzes and draws up reports on campaign performance, evaluates them based on the results obtained (ROI and KPI)*
1.03 Identifies new trends, then optimizes investments and performance based on new actions that can intercept market needs*
1.04 Think proactively about new marketing development strategies*
1.05 Plan, execute and evaluate experimental actions and conversion tests*
1.06 Use analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience across multiple channels and touch points*
1.07 Optimize the use of funnels and conversion points tools*
1.08 Collaborate with agencies and other external suppliers*
1.09 Analyze emerging technologies. Acts as a point of reference for any new implementations where appropriate*
1.10 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities^*
1.11 Adopt significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the 'Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community^*
