His/her task will be to ensure the electromagnetic compatibility of railway products designed and manufactured by the Company. /p h3Position in the Organisation /h3 pbOrganisation Reporting /b /p pHierarchical to the Site Train/Traction System /p pFunctional to the PrEM and to the EMC Chief Engineer/EMC CCN Leader /p h3Network Links /h3 pEMC Core Competence Network /p pTenders, project, engineering, manufacturing, validation teams /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAccountable for enforcing the EMC design and manufacturing rules. /li liResponsible for preparing during tenders the clause-by-clause of customer specifications and the associated cost estimates. /li liResponsible for writing within the framework of projects the EMC Transverse Requirements Specifications (identification of EMC requirements and allocation to sub-systems) and the EMC Control Plans (from the EMC requirements, definition of EMC activities, deliverables, design requirements and EMC tests). /li liVerify the design of products: general architecture, layout of subsystems and electrical interfaces, HV/MV/LV cabling. /li liPrepare the EMC test specifications (Lab and/or Field Test Plans). /li liVerify the EMC test specifications and reports from subsystems suppliers. /li liPerform/support the EMC tests on test bench and/or on site and provide the associated test reports. /li liConstitute at the end of projects the EMC Compliance Files. /li liSolve EMC problems encountered on projects. /li liParticipate to the definition/development/improvement of guidelines, process, design rules, reference solutions, return of experiences, design review checklists, templates of project documents, test specifications, simulation tools, test instrumentation. /li liPropose and carry out EMC RD actions. /li /ul h3Job Specifications /h3 pbKnowledge Experience : /b /p ul liEngineering School with specialization in EMC if possible. /li liPreferable 2 or 3 years experience in the EMC domain. /li liKnowledge of sources of electromagnetic disturbances and electromagnetic phenomena. /li liKnowledge of EMC standards. /li liExperience in EMC testing (test procedures, instrumentation, practice). /li liExperience in EMC numerical simulation (tools, practice). /li liExperience in EMC management of projects. /li liEnglish conversational/writing/reading advanced level. /li liAutonomy, proactivity, reactivity, ability to communicate, to convince, to synthesize, to share information and experience within the EMC Network. /li /ul pWe believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is a lever to running a sustainable and successful business.
