About the Client
Our client is a leading data centre provider with a strong presence across EMEA. They are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to oversee consolidated reporting, compliance, and financial governance across their expanding regional portfolio.
Purpose of the Role
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for annual and quarterly consolidated accounts, statutory reporting, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards. This role will also act as a key support to the Group Head of Accounting & Tax, working closely with auditors, advisors, and external accounting firms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation of statutory annual financial statements for the holding company, supported by external accounting partners.
* Ensure compliance of the holding company with relevant regulations and reporting obligations.
* Manage annual and quarterly consolidated accounts across EMEA entities.
* Oversee IFRS conversion of local and consolidated accounts, coordinating with external advisors as needed.
* Act as ERP system lead for consolidation configuration and serve as a Netsuite superuser.
* Support the Head of Accounting & Tax with policy creation and updates.
* Liaise with accounting firms and tax advisors to ensure smooth operations.
* Review the quality of consolidated and statutory accounts, providing recommendations for improvements.
* Identify and drive improvements in ERP and reporting processes.
* Provide ad hoc financial support to the wider Finance function.
Skills & Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Audit.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in audit, controlling, accounting, or consolidation.
* Strong expertise in accounting policies and IFRS reporting standards.
* Excellent IT skills, with advanced MS Excel/Office proficiency.
* Experience with Oracle Netsuite is highly desirable.
* Strong written and spoken English skills.
