Jacobs is looking to hire an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Milan, Cologno Monzese.
The Inside Sales Coordinator actively works with the sales team and the proposal managers to develop and finalize a winning proposal to grow our business in Italy, Switzerland and Europe as well as globally.
Job Responsibilities
Develops sales documents and proposals using applicable tools, guidelines and templates
Constantly keeps up to date the global sales platform (CSP – Salesforce) to reflect the opportunities status, clients information and to extract summary data and statistics
Works to develop and implement opportunity response plans i.e. activities, deliverables, owners, milestones etc
Collects company data or conducts internal/external research as appropriate for opportunity response documents and/or strategy development
Develops and maintains sales qualification materials and supporting information in designated information management or filing systems
Develops appropriate network within the company to facilitate identification and sharing of relevant information, best practices etc. between offices
You'll Need
Ideal candidate will have a passion for persuasive communication, interaction with colleagues and project execution understanding
Effective verbal and written communication skill
Languages Fluency in English and Italian
Good interpersonal skills, curiosity and flexibility
Working in Sales requires strong commitment on deadlines and due dates. Flexibility and sense of urgency is an important personal asset
