As a Backend Software Engineer in the Consumer Growth Team, you design and build scalable features that fuel user growth in Satispay’s digital payments ecosystem. You work across the end-to-end lifecycle from design to production, focusing on onboarding, trust, and secure onboarding experiences. You’ll develop backend services for shop discovery, transactions, and personalised journeys, while strengthening loyalty and monetisation foundations. You’ll operate on an AWS-based stack and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable growth impact. This role offers an opportunity to shape meaningful growth at scale within a fast-moving fintech culture.

* Own end-to-end feature lifecycle from design to production release

Responsabilità
* 3+ years of Backend Engineering experience
* Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise
* Relational databases experience (PostgreSQL)
* Cloud experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) a plus
* Focus on performance and user experience
* Structured approach with clear technical documentation
* Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication
* Fluency in English and interest in FinTech and startups
